- What does the Free plan include?
- 2 active projects, 5 seats and the whole research template: the brief, adaptable phases, the views, milestones and the project summary. What makes the product distinctive is available on the free plan too. The Free plan is also used with an organization account.
- Can I use it with a personal account?
- No. YouReply Manage is used with an organization account, including the Free plan. Creating an organization account is free and it stays separate from your personal account; you switch between the two with the same user. Projects created earlier in a personal account are not deleted; they are just not shown in the personal account.
- What separates the plans?
- Every plan includes a set number of active projects and seats: Free 2 projects / 5 seats, Team 10 / 10, Research Group 50 / 50, Business 100 / 100. Enterprise is agreed by contract. The feature set is the same; paid plans add priority support.
- What happens when I reach the plan limit?
- When your active projects reach the limit of your plan you cannot create a new project; your existing projects keep working exactly as before and do not become read-only. Archiving a project frees a slot.
- Does the subscription renew automatically?
- No. Payment is one-off and your card details are not stored for renewal. The period you choose starts at purchase; when it ends your account returns to the free plan and your projects are not deleted. To continue you buy again. If you buy before the period ends, the new period starts immediately and the remaining days are not carried over.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing costs less than twelve monthly payments for the same plan. When you switch to the annual option on the pricing page you see the saving and the monthly equivalent.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Credit or debit card (through the iyzico payment infrastructure, with instalment options depending on your card) and bank transfer. With a bank transfer the plan is activated once your payment is confirmed. Your card details are not stored by YouReply.
- How is the invoice issued?
- You enter your invoice details at the payment step. Your invoice is issued once the card payment completes; with a bank transfer it is issued after the payment is confirmed. For invoice questions write to destek@youreply.com.tr.
- Can I get a refund?
- Your statutory right of withdrawal and our own voluntary refund policy are separate, and both are explained on the Delivery and Return Terms page.
- Do you sign a data processing agreement (DPA)?
- We review data processing agreement requests from organizational customers at kvkk@youreply.com.tr. The service providers we use are listed in the privacy policy.
