Terms of Use

This English version is provided for information only. The agreement is governed by Turkish law and the Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the use of the YouReply Manage platform (the "Platform") provided by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"). By using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the YouReply Manage research project and work management application and all its components
  • User: the person or organization creating and running projects on the Platform
  • Workspace: the account that projects, members and roles belong to
  • Project: the unit of work holding the brief, phases, work packages and tasks together
  • Active project: a project that is not archived; plan limits count these

3. Account, Roles and Security

Sign-in happens through the central YouReply account; no separate password is stored in the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your account and for the activity carried out through it.

The workspace has Administrator, Project Manager, Team Member and Viewer roles; a project also has Owner, Contributor and Viewer. The viewer role cannot make any change. As the workspace owner you are responsible for the permissions you grant to team members and for their actions.

4. Conditions of Use

4.1 Acceptable use

  • Planning, running and monitoring research projects within a lawful and ethical framework
  • Academic work, theses and internal research reporting
  • Using data in a project where you have a legal basis for processing it

4.2 Prohibited use

  • Entering or storing unlawful content
  • Processing personal data without a legal basis
  • Activity that threatens Platform security; attempts at unauthorized access
  • Infringing the Platform's intellectual property rights
  • Disrupting the service by sending excessive automated requests

5. Intellectual Property

The design, software, logo and all intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to YouReply. The project content you enter and the reports produced from it belong to you. We claim no rights over your content beyond the limited processing needed to deliver the service.

6. Scope of the Service

The Platform does not carry out research; it manages the research process. Survey building and response collection happen in YouReply Survey and statistical analysis in YouReply Analyze. Calculations follow rules defined in source code and no artificial intelligence is used. Interpretation, decisions and outcomes remain the User's responsibility.

Capabilities that are on the roadmap and not switched on yet are clearly marked on the marketing pages; those items are not part of this agreement.

7. Plans, Limits and Fees

Current amounts for paid plans are published on the pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of active projects and seats; when the active project limit is reached no new project can be created while existing projects keep working. Archiving a project frees a slot.

  • Prices are shown including VAT (20% VAT); the net amount and the VAT amount are also shown at the payment step.
  • Payment is a one-off charge; the selected period (monthly or annual) starts at the moment of purchase and does not renew automatically. Card details are not stored for renewal.
  • When the period ends the account returns to the free plan for that product and project content is not deleted. If the free plan's active project limit is exceeded, no new project can be created while existing projects stay open.
  • If a new purchase is made before the period ends, the new period starts at that moment and the remaining days are not carried over.
  • Payment methods: credit or debit card (iyzico infrastructure; instalment options depending on the card) and bank transfer. With a bank transfer the plan is activated once the payment is confirmed.
  • Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required and no automatic charge is made at the end of the trial. The trial can be used once per product.

YouReply reserves the right to change prices upon prior notice; a change does not affect a period already paid for.

8. Service Level and Maintenance

YouReply makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform running and announces planned maintenance in advance. A separate service level agreement is given only in a written contract. YouReply is not liable for force majeure or outages caused by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

YouReply does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the User over the preceding 12 months. The statutory rights of users who qualify as consumers are reserved.

10. Suspension and Termination

YouReply may suspend the account or terminate the agreement in the event of a breach of these terms, with prior notice where the nature of the breach allows. You may close your account at any time. What happens to your data afterwards is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

YouReply reserves the right to amend these terms upon prior notice. Changes are announced by e-mail and/or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

For users who qualify as consumers, under Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and related legislation, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

For users who are not consumers (merchants and organizations), the Ankara Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
