1. Scope
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser records (local storage) used on the YouReply Manage website and application. Cookies are small records that sites place on your device; they keep a session alive, remember your preference and, if you consent, allow usage measurement.
No non-essential cookie or script runs without your consent. If you choose "Reject" in the notice, no analytics or marketing record is created, and external content such as the map does not load unless you explicitly ask for it.

Analytics measurement is not configured on this site at the moment, so no analytics cookie is set. If it is configured, this table is updated and measurement still starts only with your consent.
3. Managing Your Preferences
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences dialog, which opens from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. When you withdraw analytics consent, measurement stops and the related cookies are deleted.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in and from having your preferences remembered.
When we store your consent we also store the text version and the time of your decision. These are shown in the preferences dialog, and when the cookie text changes you are asked again.
