Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the consumer before the contract is concluded, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

This page is general information. During purchase, a preliminary information form and a distance sales agreement filled in with your selected plan and period are shown and submitted for your approval; the transaction-specific terms are the ones stated there.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

YouReply Manage is a research project and work management platform for running the brief, phases, work packages, tasks, milestones and deliverables of research projects in one workspace. The service is delivered on a subscription basis through a web browser; there is no physical delivery.

The scope and limits of the service are described in detail on the research flow page. The product does not run surveys, does not perform statistical analysis and does not host file attachments.

3. Plans and Price

The table below shows the current limits and VAT-inclusive amounts of the plans offered for sale:

The Enterprise plan is sold under a separate contract, with limits, service level and price agreed in discussion. The pricing page prevails for current amounts.

4. Payment, Period and Renewal

• Prices are shown including VAT (20% VAT); the net amount and the VAT amount are also shown at the payment step.
• Payment is a one-off charge; the selected period (monthly or annual) starts at the moment of purchase and does not renew automatically. Card details are not stored for renewal.
• When the period ends the account returns to the free plan for that product and project content is not deleted. If the free plan's active project limit is exceeded, no new project can be created while existing projects stay open.
• If a new purchase is made before the period ends, the new period starts at that moment and the remaining days are not carried over.
• Payment methods: credit or debit card (iyzico infrastructure; instalment options depending on the card) and bank transfer. With a bank transfer the plan is activated once the payment is confirmed.
• Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required and no automatic charge is made at the end of the trial. The trial can be used once per product.

5. Delivery

The digital service is activated immediately once a card payment is approved. With a bank transfer, the plan is activated after we confirm the payment. Account details and order documents are sent to your registered e-mail address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In distance contracts the consumer has, as a rule, the right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason and without paying a penalty.

Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts lists the exceptions to the right of withdrawal; services performed instantaneously in electronic form and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires are among them. For that reason, during purchase you are asked for a separate confirmation that you request performance to begin before the withdrawal period expires and that you understand you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in that case. Separately from the statutory right of withdrawal, our own voluntary refund policy also applies. No charge is taken during the free trial in any case.

For unresolved disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Consumer Consent

The consumer acknowledges having read this form electronically and having been informed about the essential characteristics of the service, the VAT-inclusive sale price, the payment method, what happens at the end of the period and the right of withdrawal. The transaction-specific version of this information is presented at the purchase step.
