Task management isn't enough; research needs its own measures
A generic task manager doesn't know where fieldwork stands, which quota is falling behind, or how the budget compares to progress. YouManage keeps all of it as first-class data.
The research layer
Research-specific objects and measures layered on top of standard task fields.
Research brief
Business problem, objective, research questions, target population, planned sample size, date range and budget. The health score and alerts take these fields as inputs.
Nine-phase lifecycle
Brief, Research Design, Survey Design, Pilot, Fieldwork, Data Quality, Analysis, Reporting, Completed. Phase is independent of task status: a task in the Fieldwork phase can still be To Do.
Live fieldwork metrics
Target and completed responses, screen-outs, drop-outs, quality rejections, average duration, daily rate, estimated completion, planned and actual cost.
Quota balance
Each demographic quota's fill rate is compared with overall fieldwork progress. A quota fifteen points behind is flagged and an alert opens.

The survey, fieldwork campaign and analysis stay in their own product; YouManage points at them and shows the latest status.

Explainable measures
None of these is a marketing claim — every one is a rule implemented in the product.
The health score is explained
Five factors (schedule, fieldwork, quota, quality, budget), twenty points each. Each factor's reasoning, with numbers, sits next to the score.
Unknown data isn't penalised
A project with no budget entered doesn't look risky because of it: an unknown factor drops out of the scoring rather than scoring zero.
Alerts are deduplicated
One alert per condition. However many times you refresh the data, no duplicate appears; when the condition clears, the alert closes by itself.
Authorisation is enforced on the server
Role checks don't stop at hiding buttons in the UI; every operation is re-validated on the server.
